These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Grabba. By accessing, creating an account on, purchasing through, selling through, or otherwise using Grabba, you agree to these terms.
1. Grabba Marketplace
Grabba provides an online marketplace where customers can discover and purchase products offered by Grabba and approved third-party sellers. Products, sellers, availability, pricing, delivery options, and payment methods may vary.
2. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate and current account, contact, and delivery information. You are also responsible for activity associated with your account and should take reasonable steps to protect access to it.
3. Authentication
Grabba may allow you to create or access your account using supported authentication services, including third-party social sign-in providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability, applicable seller and product approval status, successful completion of the selected payment method, and any other marketplace requirements. Grabba may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or payment failure.
5. Prices and Marketplace Fees
Product prices and any applicable marketplace, delivery, or other charges will be presented as part of the purchase process where applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total before completing a purchase.
6. Payments
Grabba may support third-party payment services and other available payment methods. Payment processing may be performed by external payment providers and may be subject to their terms, availability, security checks, and processing requirements.
7. Delivery and Fulfilment
Delivery times and fulfilment arrangements may vary depending on the product, seller, delivery location, and available delivery method. Estimated delivery information is not a guarantee where circumstances outside Grabba's reasonable control cause delays.
8. Sellers
Sellers must complete Grabba's application and verification requirements before accessing applicable seller functionality. Grabba may approve, reject, suspend, or restrict seller access in accordance with marketplace requirements. Seller products may require approval before becoming publicly available.
9. Seller Subscriptions and Fees
Certain seller functionality may require an active paid subscription or other seller fees after any applicable trial period. Subscription terms, charges, billing status, and access requirements will be presented to sellers through the applicable seller or billing experience.
10. Product Information
Third-party sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product information, pricing, stock levels, images, descriptions, and other product details are accurate and do not mislead customers. Grabba may review, restrict, reject, or remove marketplace listings where appropriate.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use Grabba for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes, attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the marketplace, misuse another person's account or information, or use Grabba in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
12. Account and Marketplace Restrictions
Grabba may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to accounts or marketplace functionality where reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers, Grabba, or the integrity and security of the marketplace, or where these terms or applicable requirements are violated.
13. Third-Party Services
Grabba may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, payment, communications, hosting, and other technology providers. Those services may operate under their own terms and policies, and Grabba does not control all aspects of third-party services.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Grabba Privacy Policy. By using Grabba, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep Grabba available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Changes to Grabba
Grabba may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue marketplace features where reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.
