Account and Social Sign-In Information
When you create an account or sign in using an authentication provider such as Google or Facebook, we may receive basic account information made available by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile information, and provider account identifier. We use this information to authenticate you and operate your Grabba account.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process and manage orders, facilitate deliveries, administer seller accounts, verify sellers, provide customer support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain marketplace security, communicate service-related information, and operate and improve Grabba.
Orders and Sellers
When necessary to fulfil an order, information may be used to coordinate marketplace transactions. Sellers receiving order notifications are provided with information necessary to understand the products and quantities ordered. Grabba seeks to limit the disclosure of customer information to what is necessary for marketplace operations.
Payments
Payments and billing may be processed by third-party payment providers. Customer purchases may be processed through Grabba's supported payment provider, while seller subscription billing may be handled separately. Grabba does not intentionally disclose payment credentials to marketplace sellers.
